Appetizers:
Brunch Pitas, Prasopita, Spanakopita, Tiropita
If Frozen, allow 1 hr to thaw. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove lid. Full size pan bake 50-60 min or until dough is golden brown. Small size pan bake 30-40 min or until dough is golden brown. Allow 20 min to cool. Cut in squares and serve. Yamas! (Cheers)
Baked Feta, Lasagna Dip and Spanakopita Dip
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid. Bake for 15-20 min or until cheese has melted.
Italian Sausage Balls
If frozen, allow 30 minutes to thaw. Simply remove lid, and pop in microwave to reheat. This pan is suitable for microwave only.
Meatball Appetizer
1/2 dozen or 1 dozen meatballs and sauce. This pan is suitable for microwave only. Reheat in the microwave or remove from microwave only pan and heat in oven.
Onion Dip
Ready to eat. Serve cold with chips, crackers, or veggies.
Meals:
Greek Chicken with Rice or Quinoa
If Frozen, allow 2 hrs to thaw. Remove lid.
If 4pc serving, preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20 min uncovered for more crisp chicken (cover with foil for more tender chicken).
If 2pc serving in black plastic pan, heat to desired temperature in microwave only.
All Lasagna, Pastichio, Pasta Bakes, and Eggplant
If Frozen, allow 2 hrs to thaw. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. Uncover dish.
*For single portion lasagnas, remove lid and microwave. This pan is suitable for microwave only.
Medium pan bake 25-30 min or until cheese is golden brown. Half size aluminum pan bake 35-45 min or until cheese is golden brown.
Allow 10-15 minutes to cool. Cut and serve. Mangia! (eat)
Spaghetti & Meatballs
Remove lid. If frozen, allow at least 2 hours to thaw. Preheat oven to 400 and cover with foil. Place in oven to reheat for 15-20 minutes or to desired temp.
Shrimp FETAccine and Chicken Piccata Pasta Bake
If Frozen, allow 1.5 hrs to thaw. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove lid, cover with foil if desired, and heat in the oven for 20 min.
Holiday Spiral Ham & Turkey Breast
Cover with Foil and reheat in oven at 400 degrees for 15-25 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
Sides:
Avgolemono (Lemon-Chicken & Orzo Soup)
Pour Soup into bowl or cup. Microwave to desired temp.
Creamy Scalloped Potatoes with Thyme
If frozen, allow 1.5 hours to thaw. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese on top is golden brown.
Fasolakia (Greek Green Beans) & Spanakorizo (Spinach & Rice)
If frozen, all 1.5 hours to thaw. Remove from container and heat in microwave for quick serve.
Mixed Winter Veggie, Zucchini & Tomatoes, and Country Green Beans
Cover pan with foil and heat in oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 min.
Artichoke Casserole, Broccolini Casserole, Summer Green Bean Casserole, Mac n Cheese
If frozen, allow 2 hours to thaw. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Uncover dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. (Mac n Cheese may take longer)
Hashbrown Casserole
If frozen, allow 2 hours to thaw. Remove lid, bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Desserts:
CinnaRoll Bars, Pumpkin Bars, Caramel Apple Spice Bars, King Cake Bars, or Strawberry Shortcake Bars
Remove lid. Cut and serve chilled or room temp.
Bread Pudding
If Frozen, allow 1.5 hrs to thaw. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover dish. Bake 20-30 min until golden brown on top and until rum sauce is melted.
Little Teenie Cakes and Cake Balls
Store in refrigerator. Ready to eat. Serve chilled or room temperature.
