Our Story

Our founder, Tina Liollio, was born into the restaurant industry.  In her childhood, she learned admiration for both cooking and hospitality.  After school, she worked in the restaurant and event industry for many years.  In 2019, she founded her own company Local Link Bham with a passion to connect businesses and non-profits to the local hospitality and event industry.  

During 2020 when events were scarce, Tina added a new dimension to her business.  She began cooking and delivering home-made meals for friends and family.  During this time, the vision for "Tina's Market" was established.  Tina is both Sicilian and Greek; she has a natural passion for cooking and entertaining.  The market features many of the Mediterranean meals that Tina grew up eating and cooking with her family.  

Both "Tina's Market" and "Local Link Bham" are founded with community in mind.  The local community is a vital part of why we do what we do.  You'll notice that our menus feature not only take-home goods, but also simple treats from a variety of small, local businesses.
